Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Previews International in Newport Beach since 2004, Bruce specializes in the marketing and sale of residential property throughout Coastal Orange County. With 20 years of operating management experience in the communications and entertainment industries, he has a wealth of experience in the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for public and private companies giving him an edge in helping his clients attain maximum results. Known for his superb communication and problem-solving skills, his experience working with both American and foreign firms enables him to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.

A multitalented, highly educated individual with a myriad of talents, Bruce is an accomplished artist, art director, motion picture maker and teacher. A two-time recipient of the Sony Service Award, he managed the Sony Institute on the campus of the AFI in Hollywood and was Manager of Creative Services and Senior Producer for Sony Interactive Entertainment. He has received numerous other honors over the years, including the Video Award of Excellence from the International Television Association.

Bruce graduated from the University of California, Irvine, and went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, San Diego. He has taught at university as well as high school levels, and enjoys sharing his expertise as a guest speaker at educational seminars on a wide range of topics including art theory to motion picture production.

In an effort to give back to his community, Bruce has helped with charitable events to benefit Hoag Hospital and the Cancer Center. He is Executive Director of the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts Foundation. He is on the Board of Directors of Coast Water Polo, a USA Water Polo Club program located in Newport Beach. He also serves on public school councils and foundations, and has been selected as a civilian representative to the Peace Officer Standards and Training Advisory Committee.
